ALYSON BURNS
I have been passionate about my education in the food world since I was 16.
I went to Oneida Herkimer Madison BOCES technical school in New Hartford, NY for my culinary arts certificate. Graduated in June 2021.
I obtained my SERV safe managers certification in 2022.
I recently graduated from Paul Smith’s College in Paul Smiths, NY. Obtaining a bachelor's degree in baking & pastry arts & service management in May 2025.
I have also taken culinary classes in a study abroad opportunity in Italy in May 2024.

I am learning more every day on how to better my recipes & won't stop until I have achieved perfection!
My goal is to obtain a job in the food service area primarily for baking or cake decorating. Eventually I want to manage a bakery &/ or cafe. Leading the way into me owning a small business!
I am very passionate about furthering my skills in the kitchen & seizing various opportunities to learn and create delicious products.
